Аннотация
Синдром гиперстимуляции яичников (СГЯ) является одним из наиболее опасных осложнений контролируемой индукции суперовуляции. Среди разнообразия методов профилактики этого осложнения следует отметить замену триггера овуляции. Изучены современные данные литературы, посвященные профилактике развития СГЯ путем замены триггера овуляции на агонист гонадотропин-рилизинг гормона (а-ГнРГ). Результаты систематических обзоров рандомизированных клинических исследований убедительно показали, что а-ГнРГ как триггер овуляции снижает частоту возникновения СГЯ. В настоящее время в литературе нет единого мнения о критериях назначения а-ГнРГ и его влиянии на частоту наступления беременности.
