Energy expenditures per product unit reduce and processing time decreases due to SHF-method application. In this case, indices of additives set parameters comply with the State Standart.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Сравниваются энергозатраты на приготовление пакета присадок традиционным способом (нагрев и перемешивание) и СВЧ-способом (перемешивание и воздействие электро-магнитным СВЧ-полем). Благодаря применению СВЧ-способа снижаются энергозатраты на единицу продукции и значительно уменьшается длительность обработки.
