It describes the main known methods of determination of material quality. As a technical solution improving the design of extruder, a double-threaded screw that should be installed in the material forming zone is proposed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Дан обзор конструкций экструдеров и шнеков. Описаны основные известные методы определения качества материала.
