Increasing quality of inter-row cultivation of tilled crops
Abstract
Here are presented the main results of the working organ analysis of a row crop cultivator. The row crop cultivator allows to cultivate space between both rows and protective zones of crops. The main parameters of interrow cultivation quality are justified. Besides, there is determined the influence of main independent factors of the interrow cultivation process on its quality indexes.

Abstract
Приведены результаты сравнительных производственных испытаний однооперационных и комбинированных машин на обработке почвы и посеве ячменя. Даны рекомендации по усовершенствованию комбинированного почвообрабатывающе-посевного агрегата.

Simulation of system way-tractor-driver with regard to evening-out microprofile of support base by tire
Abstract
The article describes the simulator for calculation of motion evenness of wheeled tractor, taking into account flow characteristics of supporting foundation and smoothing of microprofile to the tyre as well as it describes the method of decision and it reduces to results of calculations.

Probability analysis of dynamics of the engine for mobile unit on the base of statistic linearization method
Abstract
Проанализирована скоростная характеристика тракторных и комбайновых двигателей с механическими центробежными всережимными регуляторами с переменной и постоянной предварительной затяжкой пружины. Приведены матричные алгоритмы, позволяющие найти математические ожидания и дисперсии выходных показателей двигателя.

An assessment of adequacy of model for nitric oxide formation by combustion of fuel in diesel
Abstract
Изложены особенности процесса сгорания топлива в дизеле. Предложена модель образования оксидов азота в условиях нестационарного горения предварительно неперемешанных топлива и окислителя. Разработана соответствующая программа расчета.

A new conception of control system for fuel feed
Abstract
Continuation of the article concerned to the new conception of fuel injection control system. It is based on the further development of ideas described in the articles The tractor unit power modes control device. Generic components of the conception: external control-oriented blocks, power recuperation, simple realization of the multipoint injection. Purposes: reliability enhancement, efficiency enhancement and design simplification. A multijet nozzle with two-levels apertures and management by means of two-control blocks is demonstrated in the article as an example. Possibility of application of this control system is recommended for any diesel type and especially for agricultural application tractors that need in additional forcing and boost.

Проанализированы методы комплексной оценки сравниваемых машин, технологических комплексов и технологий. Предложена новая методика, учитывающая эксплуатационные затраты, затраты труда, энерго- и металлоемкость процесса, капиталовложения и сроки их окупаемости, и формула для расчета обобщенного показателя.

Features of technological process of drum threshing-and-separating system for grain combine harvester

На основании исследований разработана математическая и графическая многофакторные модели показателя дробления зерна комбайном с классической молотилкой, которые позволяют оценить технологический режим молотильно-сепарирующей системы и обеспечить минимальное повреждение (дробление) зерна при обмолоте.

Increasing wear resistance of machines parts by composite electrochemical coverings
Abstract
Expediency application of composite coverings for increase durability of details of agricultural machinery is shown. The influence of electrolyze modes on a wear resistance of coverings is studied. The structure of electrochemical coverings providing the greatest abrasive firmless is optimized.

Method and equipment for express diagnostics of quenching elements of the suspension for motor transport means
Abstract
Разработано диагностическое оборудование, реализующее метод экспресс-диагностирования гасящих элементов подвески путем регистрации затухающих колебаний кузова автотранспортных средств при его свободном падении. Его применение, включающего специальный подъемный домкрат, позволяет диагностировать подвеску в условиях неспециализированного сервиса и баз технического обслуживания.
