Analysis of the professional training level of current and future pharmacovigilance specialists.</p> <p><bold>Material and methods. </bold>The object of the study was pharmacovigilance specialists, who were surveyed using a questionnaire. The qualitative sample size consisted of specialists with higher pharmaceutical and medical education. The study was cross-sectional and based on the answers to the questionnaire, as well as data analysis using Microsoft Excel.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> The scientific study (questionnaire) consisted of 11 questions with answer options, and based on the results, a training application called "Pharmacovigilance" was developed, which includes a regulatory database and tests both current and future pharmacovigilance specialists on the sections of regulatory documents. The survey involved 100 participants, including 80.3% women and 19.6% men aged 25 to 60, with 39.1% having a medical degree and 60.9% having a pharmaceutical degree, working in pharmaceutical organizations.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion. </bold>The results obtained reflect the market's need for specialists in pharmacovigilance, as well as its improvement on educational platforms in the form of the development and refinement of methodological recommendations on pharmacovigilance to enhance the training of pharmacovigilance authorities as professionals through courses, webinars, and seminars.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Введение.</bold> В связи с тем, что существует потребность специалистов (уполномоченных лиц) по фармаконадзору было принято решение провести опрос у респондентов, имеющих высшее фармацевтическое и медицинское образование.</p> <p><bold>Цель </bold>исследования. Анализ уровня профессиональной подготовки текущих и будущих специалистов по фармаконадзору.</p> <p><bold>Материал и методы. </bold>Объектом исследования послужили специалисты по фармаконадзору методом анкетирования.</p> <p>Качественный объем выборки заключался в подборе специалистов, имеющие высшее фармацевтическое, медицинское, образование.</p> <p>Тип исследования – поперечный, основывался на ответах вопросов анкеты, а также анализе данных при помощи программы Microsoft Excel.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Научное исследование (анкетирование) состояло из 11 вопросов респондентам с вариантами ответов, по полученным результатам разработано приложение-тренажер «Фармаконадзор», с включенной нормативной базой данных и тестирования как текущих, так и будущих специалистов по фармаконадзору по разделам нормативных документов.</p> <p>В опросе приняли участие 100 человек, из них женщины – 80,3%, мужчины – 19,7% в возрасте от 25 до 60 лет, имеющие высшее медицинское – 39,1%, фармацевтическое – 60,9% образование, работающие в фарморганизациях.</p> <p><bold>Заключение. </bold>Полученные результаты отражают потребность рынка в специалистах по ФН, в его усовершенствовании на образовательных платформах в виде разработок и доработок методических рекомендаций по фармаконадзору для повышения уровня подготовки уполномоченных лиц по фармаконадзору как профессионалов в виде курсов, вебинаров, семинаров.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>pharmacovigilance</kwd><kwd>education</kwd><kwd>professional development of specialists</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>фармаконадзор</kwd><kwd>образование</kwd><kwd>повышение уровня квалификации специалистов</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Edwars J., Pal S.
