A review and analysis of innovations in the field of construction technologies is carried out, three main research and development areas, such as high perfomance сoncrete, green concretes, and smart materialsis, identified. Within these areas, typical innovative materials types is identified as an analytical research base. A methodological approach is developed, and a criterion for ranking of the innovative developments in the building materials, products and structures production by their novelty level is proposed. The methodology for quantifying the building materials and products innovation level is based on the integral indicator (the index of innovation In) calculation. Its calculation takes into account the innovation subject (material, technology, properties, application) weight and three levels of its novelty (radical, combinatorial and modifying). Based on the building materials and products, included in the analysis, innovation index assessment, 3 levels of innovation were identified: high In &gt; 2, medium In = 1–2, low In &lt; 1. It is proposed to use the developed methodology as a tool for the most effective and applicable innovative products and technologies identification for the building materials industry of the Russian Federation, taking into account their introduction to production and promotion to the construction market costs minimizing.</p>
Предложено использовать разработанную методику в качестве инструмента для выделения из широкой совокупности инновационных продуктов и технологий для промышленности строительных материалов РФ наиболее эффективные и применимые с учетом возможности минимизации затрат на их внедрение в производство и продвижение на строительный рынок.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>innovations</kwd><kwd>building materials</kwd><kwd>novelty level</kwd><kwd>innovation index</kwd><kwd>assessment methodology</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>инновации</kwd><kwd>строительные материалы</kwd><kwd>уровень новизны</kwd><kwd>индекс инновационности</kwd><kwd>методика оценки</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The research was carried out at the expense of the Russian Science Foundation grant No. 24-18-20051, https://rscf.en/project/24-18-20051/</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование выполнено за счет гранта Российского научного фонда № 24-18-20051, https://rscf.ru/project/24-18-20051/</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Kaprielov S.S., Sheynfeld A.V., Chilin I.A., Dondukov V.G., Selyutin N.M.
