The neuropsychologic examination of this category of patients established decreasing of velocity of psychomotor processes and derangement of attention and minor defect of regulative functions (abstraction, development of judgments, etc.). It is emphasized that in significant percentage of patients the post-traumatic disorders have psychogenic character. At that, the role of psychogenic factor in genesis of post-traumatic psychoneurological disorders is quite often underrated, especially in practical activities.
