We have shown for the first time that preincubation of the frog skin with sigma-1 receptor antagonists – haloperidol or chlorpromazine – attenuates the stimulatory effect of glutoxim on Na+ transport. The results suggest the possible involvement of the sigma-1 receptors in glutoxim effect on Na+transport in frog skin epithelium.</p>
Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о возможном участии рецепторов сигма-1 в регуляции глутоксимом транспорта Na+ в коже лягушки.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>sigma-1 receptor</kwd><kwd>haloperidol</kwd><kwd>chlorpromazine</kwd><kwd>glutoxim</kwd><kwd>Na+ transport</kwd><kwd>frog skin</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>сигма-1 рецепторы</kwd><kwd>галоперидол</kwd><kwd>хлорпромазин</kwd><kwd>глутоксим</kwd><kwd>транспорт Na+</kwd><kwd>кожа лягушки</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><award-id></award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Наточин Ю.В.
