In doses of 0.01 mg/kg this compound significantly improved the memory of experimental animals disturbed by maximal electric shock. The results indicate that this compound is a promising candidate for preclinical and clinical studies as a treatment for a number of psycho-neurological diseases.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Исследовано в электрофизиологических экспериментах новое производное 3,7-диазабицикло[3.3.1]нонана, показавшее высокую активность как положительный аллостерический модулятор АМРА-рецепторов ЦНС. В дозах 0,01 мг/кг это соединение существенно улучшало память экспериментальных животных, нарушенную максимальным электрошоком.
