The article discusses the main extra-intestinal manifestations and concomitant autoimmune diseases, such as neurological disorders, dermatological and endocrinological diseases, reproductive disorders (infertility, miscarriage) and liver diseases.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Целиакия – это системное аутоиммунное заболевание, вызванное потреблением глютена, которое характеризуется не только поражением тонкой кишки, но и широким спектром внекишечных проявлений.
