Due to climate change and increasing anthropogenic impacts, destructive exogenous processes are intensifying near the ice cellar. Over the past decades, due to an increase in the depth of thawing, two of the three entrances to the ice cellar have collapsed, and subsidence and deformation of the roof of the tunnels have been observed. The deepening of the Novy Port Bay and the elimination of old berths and piers led to increased wave action on the coastal ledge near the ice cellar and to the intensification of thermal erosion and thermal denudation. During surges, the height of the waves almost reaches the entrance to the ice cellar, which is why it can be flooded and destroyed. In this regard, in order to preserve the unique cultural heritage site of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, it is necessary to organize monitoring of natural processes near the ice cellar, as well as develop a number of measures to level out the impact of negative exogenous processes.</p>
В связи с этим, для сохранения уникального объекта культурного наследия ЯНАО необходимо организовать мониторинг за природными процессами вблизи мерзлотника, а также разработать ряд мер для нивелирования воздействия негативных экзогенных процессов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Ob Bay, Novy Port ice cellar, technogenesis in the coastal zone, geocryological monitoring</kwd><kwd>thermic erosion</kwd><kwd>coastal processes</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Обская губа, Новопортовский мерзлотник, техногенез в береговой зоне, геокриологический мониторинг, термоабразия, береговые процессы</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">РНФ</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">RSF</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>22-7-00097</award-id></award-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Правительство РФ</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Government of the Russian Federation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>121051100167-1</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Ermolov A.
