The examination of sexually mature offspring included studying behavior in the open field and DNA damage investigation using brain homogenate with DNAcomet assay. It is revealed an increased orienting-exploratory behavior and decrease in the locomotor activity as well as increased DNA damage in the nervous tissue cells as compared with the control animals group .</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Изучено влияние винилхлорида (в условиях ингаляционной затравки в средней концентрации 1947 мг/м<sup>3</sup> в течение 5 недель) на потомство, полученное от экспонированных крыс-самцов и интактных самок. При достижении животными возраста 3 месяцев проводилось обследование, включающее изучение поведения в открытом поле и исследование поврежденности ДНК с использованием гомогената головного мозга методом ДНК-комет.
