Trichloroethylene decreased levels of immune regulatory cytokines IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4 in blood ,increased the concentration of pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-6, and insignificantly raised levels of anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-10, IL-13 in blood.</p>
Трихлорэтилен уменьшал содержание в крови иммунорегуляторных цитокинов ИФН- , ИЛ-2, ИЛ-4 и увеличивал концентрацию провоспалительного цитокина ИЛ-6, незначительно повышал содержание в крови антивоспалительных цитокинов ИЛ-10, ИЛ-13.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>trichlorethylene</kwd><kwd>Th1-</kwd><kwd>Th2 lymphocytes</kwd><kwd>immunotoxicity</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>трихлорэтилен</kwd><kwd>Тh1-</kwd><kwd>Th2-лимфоциты</kwd><kwd>иммунотоксичность</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Забродский П.
