Inhibition of calcineurin, calmodulin and Ca2+/calmodulin dependent protein kinases led to an increase in the process of endocytosis. Blocking the phosphorylation of synaptic proteins enhances the process of endocytosis, causes an increase in the size of the total vesicular pool and accelerates the turnover of synaptic vesicles. It can be concluded that calcium modulation of vesicle exo-endocytosis at the synapses of the evolutionarily primary somatic muscles of annelids occurs with the participation of calcineurin, calmodulin and Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinases.</p>
Можно сделать вывод, что кальциевая модуляция экзо-эндоцитоза везикул в синапсах эволюционно-первичной соматической мускулатуры аннелид происходит при участии кальциневрина, кальмодулина и Са2+/кальмодулин-зависимых протеинкиназ.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Ca2+-sensor proteins</kwd><kwd>neuromuscular junction</kwd><kwd>somatic muscle cells</kwd><kwd>earthworm</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Са2+-сенсорные белки</kwd><kwd>нервно-мышечный синапс</kwd><kwd>соматические мышечные клетки</kwd><kwd>дождевой червь</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Российский Научный Фонд</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Russian Science Foundation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>23-24-00239</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Wu LG, Hamid E, Shin W, Chiang HC (2014) Exocytosis and endocytosis: modes, functions, and coupling mechanisms.
