Буачидзе — руководителю отдела травматологии-ортопедии Московского областного научно-исследовательского клинического института, главному травматологу-ортопеду Московской области, лауреату премии Правительства Российской Федерации, заслуженному врачу России, действительному члену Академии медико-технических наук, профессору, доктору медицинских наук.
