Therefore, the availability of modern, effective and safe topical haemostatic agents is an important basis for successful control of this complication, which in turn leads to a reduction in the negative impact on the patient and the economic cost of treatment. In this paper, we have analysed literature data on haemostatic agents used in spinal surgery. Based on this data, their efficacy and safety in relation to the patient and the likelihood of side effects were assessed. Further development, improvement and use of haemostatic agents should focus on increasing their efficacy and safety.</p>
Дальнейшая разработка, усовершенствование и применение кровоостанавливающих препаратов должны быть сосредоточены на увеличении их эффективности и безопасности.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hemostatic drugs</kwd><kwd>spinal surgery</kwd><kwd>intraoperative bleeding</kwd><kwd>bleeding</kwd><kwd>hemostatics</kwd><kwd>spine surgery</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гемостатические препараты</kwd><kwd>спинальная хирургия</kwd><kwd>интраоперационное кровотечение</kwd><kwd>кровотечение</kwd><kwd>гемостатики</kwd><kwd>хирургия позвоночника</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Ramirez MG, Deutsch H, Khanna N, et al.
