Priorov in 2013–2014 11 arthroscopic decompression of the supramandular nerve were performed. All patients underwent radiography and MRI of the shoulder joint and electroneuromyography of the brachial plexus.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> After decompression, all patients underwent repeated electroneuromyography 2 months after the operation, then according to indications. In all cases, an increase in M-response was noted. A complete recovery of clinically and an increase in the M-response of more than half the norm (contralateral) and more to the normal value was observed after 5–8 months.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion</bold><bold>.</bold> The use of modern minimally invasive methods of surgical etiotropic treatment of the neuropathy of the suprascapular nerve helps to achieve, as a rule, good and excellent results, even in old cases.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель.</bold> Оценка результатов хирургического лечения пациентов с нейропатией надлопаточного нерва.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы</bold>. В отделении спортивной и балетной травмы ЦИТО им. Н.Н. Приорова в 2013–2014 гг. было выполнено 11 артроскопических декомпрессий надлопаточного нерва. Всем пациентам проведены рентгенография и магнитно-резонансная томография плечевого сустава и электронейромиография плечевого сплетения.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> После проведенных декомпрессий всем пациентам была сделана повторная электронейромиография через 2 мес., далее по показаниям. Во всех случаях было отмечено увеличение М-ответа. Полное восстановление клинически и увеличение М-ответа свыше половины нормы (контралатеральный) и более до нормального значения наблюдалось через 5–8 мес.</p> <p><bold>Заключение.</bold> Применение современных малоинвазивных методов хирургического этиотропного лечения нейропатии надлопаточного нерва способствует достижению, как правило, хороших и отличных результатов, даже в застарелых случаях.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>suprascapular nerve</kwd><kwd>suprascapular neuropathy</kwd><kwd>shoulder arthroscopy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>надлопаточный нерв</kwd><kwd>нейропатия надлопаточного нерва</kwd><kwd>артроскопия плечевого сустава</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Skedros JG, Kiser CJ, Hill BB.
