The present paper covers different views and current trends towards the evaluation of arthroplasty outcomes.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Начиная с 50-х годов прошлого столетия было разработано множество разных систем оценки краткосрочных и долгосрочных результатов эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава.
