Immune response of the organism and the factor of peripheral fibrous ring neovascularization play an important role in the process of disc herniation resorption. Transligamentous and sequesteredherniations are resorbed better than the subligamentous ones. To intensify the intervertebral disc herniation resorption it is necessary to activate microcirculation of the injured spinal motion segment.</p>
Для усиления резорбции межпозвонковой грыжи необходимо активировать микроциркуляцию в поврежденном позвоночно-двигательном сегменте.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>intervertebral disc</kwd><kwd>fibrous ring</kwd><kwd>nucleus pulposus</kwd><kwd>herniation</kwd><kwd>angiogenesis</kwd><kwd>posterior longitudinal ligament</kwd><kwd>vascular endothelial growth factor</kwd><kwd>chemonucleosis</kwd><kwd>conservative treatment</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>межпозвонковый диск</kwd><kwd>фиброзное кольцо</kwd><kwd>пульпозное ядро</kwd><kwd>грыжа</kwd><kwd>ангиогенез</kwd><kwd>задняя продольная связка</kwd><kwd>эндотелиальный фактор роста сосудов</kwd><kwd>хемонуклеолиз</kwd><kwd>консервативное лечение</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Guinto F.C., Hashim H., Stumer M.
