Comparative testing of three types of osteosynthesis - with reconstructive plate, cannulated screws and pins or using our new CITO flattened fine thread screws 3 mm in diameter were performed under similar conditions. Strength of cannulated screw and CITO screw was evaluated. Testing was performed on servo-hydraulic universal testing machine. The most stable fixation was achieved with cannulated screw and CITO screw. The latter was inferior in strength however ensured required rigid fixation.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>На пластиковых моделях таза смоделированы три часто встречающихся не ассоциированных перелома вертлужной впадины: поперечный перелом, переломы передней и задней колонн. В одинаковых условиях проведены сравнительные испытания прочности трех видов остеосинтеза: с помощью реконструктивной пластины, канюлированных винтов и спиц, а также нашей разработки - винтов ЦИТО диаметром 3 мм с неполной мелкошаговой резьбой. Кроме того, оценена прочность канюлированного винта и винта ЦИТО. Исследования проводили на сервогидравлической универсальной испытательной машине. Установлено, что самая стабильная фиксация имеет место при фиксации канюлированным винтом и винтом ЦИТО.
