Surgical techniques, surgery planning based on spinal and pelvic sagittal contour parameters, treatment results are described.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре представлены широко используемые в клинической практике операции, направленные на коррекцию тяжелых кифотических деформаций позвоночника, - остеотомии Ponte, Smith-Petersen, Pedicle Subtraction Osteotomy, Vertebral Column Resection.
