Morphologic study showed that bisphosphonates did not depress bone formation but even provided its higher intensity as compared to the control group (p=0.045). Analysis of the influence of study bisphosphonated upon bone formation showed reliable advantage (p&lt;0.05) of zolendronic acid. Contrary to control group intensive bone formation was accompanied by reliable BMD increase both in zone of intervention and in segment as a whole. That confirmed the positive influence upon bone tissue remodeling</p>
Интенсивное костеобразование в случае использования бисфосфонатов сопровождалось, в отличие от контроля, достоверным повышением минеральной плотности кости как в зоне вмешательства, так и во всем сегменте, что свидетельствовало о позитивном влиянии данных препаратов на ремоделирование костной ткани.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>bisphosphonates</kwd><kwd>local application</kwd><kwd>bone plastic materials</kwd><kwd>biocomposite materials</kwd><kwd>bone matrix remodeling</kwd><kwd>bone formation</kwd><kwd>bone mineral density</kwd><kwd>bone remodeling</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>бисфосфонаты</kwd><kwd>костнопластические материалы</kwd><kwd>биокомпозиционный материал</kwd><kwd>перестройка костного имплантата</kwd><kwd>костеобразование</kwd><kwd>минеральная плотность костной ткани</kwd><kwd>ремоделирование кости</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Колондаев А. О.
