Kinematical and dynamical parameters of digital movement accounted by biomechanical model adequately reflect the patterns of motion disorders and give the objective numerical evaluation. The method includes: a) registration of digital movement in both intact and injured hands using electromagnetic system of MiniBirds type; b) calculation of individual biomechanical parameters of fingers - length of phalanges, position and alignment; c) calculation of kinematic parameters of movement - time-base of joint angles, angular velocities and accelerations, range of motion of separate joints, degree of coordination of changes in various joints angles (kinematic synergy); d) evalua-tion of dynamic parameters of motion - time-base of total muscular forces moment in joints (dynamic synergy); e) evaluation of functional state based on analysis of kinematic and dynamic parameters of motion before, during and after treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Предложен новый метод функциональной диагностики двигательной активности пальцев руки человека, основанный на регистрации движений пальцев и их биомеханическом анализе. Рассчитанные по биомеханической модели кинематические и динамические параметры движения пальцев адекватно отражают характер двигательных нарушений и дают их объективную численную оценку. Метод включает: а) регистрацию движений пальцев здоровой и больной руки с помощью электромагнитной системы типа MiniBirds; б) расчет индивидуальных биомеханических параметров пальцев - длин звеньев, положения и ориентации осей суставов; в) расчет кинематических параметров движений - развертки во времени суставных углов, угловых скоростей и ускорений, объема движений в отдельных суставах, степени координации изменений суставных углов в различных суставах (кинематической синергии); г) оценку динамических параметров движения - развертки во времени суммарных моментов мышечных сил в суставах (динамической синергии); д) оценку функционального состояния пальцев на основе анализа кинематических и динамических параметров движения до лечения, в процессе и по окончании лечения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>registration of digital motions</kwd><kwd>kinematic and dynamic parameters of motions</kwd><kwd>individual motion norm</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>регистрация движений пальцев</kwd><kwd>кинематические и динамические параметры движений</kwd><kwd>индивидуальная двигательная норма</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Блохин А.Б., Фадеев М.Г., Обухов И.А.
