However, very few studies have been devoted so far to the examination and assessment of the effect in terms of their application for practical healthcare purposes.</p> <p><bold><italic>AIM:</italic></bold> It is aimed to assess how a therapeutic isometric exercising impacts the dynamics of basic physical conditions of abdominal and back muscle groups as well as the decrease in pain syndrome severity, which Lumbar spine dorsopathy patients have during an incomplete remission state after the treatment is over and in a remote period (in six-month period).</p> <p><bold><italic>MATERIALS AND METHODS: </italic></bold>The retrospective analysis of data based on clinical and functional examination methods and treatment results was conducted involving 72 patients aged 25–50 years old with the confirmed dorsopahy diagnosis. The data were acquired with the use of FSSD profile and tension dynamometry Back-Check Dr. Wolff (Physiomed Elektromedizin AG, Germany). The visual analogue scale (VAS) was applied to determine the pain syndrome intensity.</p> <p><bold><italic>RESULTS: </italic></bold>Further analysis of the acquired results showed the increased rate of the BPC indicators of strength (<italic>p</italic> &lt;0.05) and endurance to static and dynamic loads produced with the key posture-dependent muscle groups (<italic>p</italic> &lt;0.05) as well as decreased intensity of the pain syndrome the dorsopathy patients had (<italic>p</italic> &lt;0.05).</p> <p><bold><italic>CONCLUSION: </italic></bold>Isometric exercising helps to lower the pain syndrome intensity assessed as per the VAS (<italic>p</italic> &lt;0.05), increase the muscle strength and the core endurance towards static and dynamic loads.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold><italic>Обоснование.</italic></bold> Эффективность влияния упражнений изометрического характера на увеличение показателей мышечной силы известны давно. Однако исследованиям их эффективности в сфере практического здравоохранения посвящены единичные работы.</p> <p><bold><italic>Цель исследования</italic></bold> — оценить влияние применения комплекса упражнений лечебной физической культуры с использованием упражнений изометрического характера на динамику основных показателей кондиционных способностей мышц живота и спины, а также на снижение выраженности болевого синдрома у пациентов с дорсопатиями поясничного отдела позвоночника в стадии неполной ремиссии после курса лечения и в отдаленном периоде (6 мес).</p> <p><bold><italic>Материалы и методы. </italic></bold>Проведен ретроспективный анализ данных клинических и функциональных методов обследования и результатов лечения 72 пациентов в возрасте от 25 до 50 лет с подтвержденным диагнозом дорсопатии. Данные были получены с использованием диагностического тестового профиля «гибкость – сила – статика – динамика» (ГССД) и тензодинамометрии Back-Check Dr. Wolff (Physiomed Elektromedizin AG, Германия). Динамику болевого синдрома оценивали с применением визуально-аналоговой шкалы боли (ВАШ).</p> <p><bold><italic>Результаты.</italic></bold> Последующий анализ полученных результатов показал прирост показателей базовых физических качеств, таких как сила (<italic>p</italic> &lt;0,05) и выносливость, к статическим и динамическим нагрузкам (<italic>p</italic> &lt;0,05) основных постурозависимых мышечных групп, снижение выраженности болевого синдрома у пациентов с дорсопатиями (<italic>p</italic> &lt;0,05).</p> <p><bold><italic>Заключение.</italic></bold> Использование упражнений изометрического характера приводит к снижению выраженности болевого синдрома, оцененного по ВАШ (<italic>р</italic> &lt;0,05), увеличению мышечной силы, выносливости к статическим и динамическим нагрузкам основных мышц кора.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>isometric exercises</kwd><kwd>static endurance</kwd><kwd>dynamic endurance</kwd><kwd>functional assessment</kwd><kwd>dorsopathies</kwd><kwd>pain syndrome</kwd><kwd>muscle tone</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>изометрические упражнения</kwd><kwd>статическая выносливость</kwd><kwd>динамическая выносливость</kwd><kwd>функциональная оценка</kwd><kwd>дорсопатии</kwd><kwd>болевой синдром</kwd><kwd>мышечный тонус</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Sichinava NV.
