This type of surgical treatment is associated with a relatively high number of complications and unsatisfactory results, which are often extremely difficult to correct. Glenoid deformity is a common obstacle faced by surgeons performing reverse total shoulder arthroplasty.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проблема эндопротезирования плечевого сустава остаётся актуальной для современной травматологии и ортопедии. Данный вид хирургического лечения связан с относительно большим количеством осложнений и неудовлетворительных исходов, которые зачастую чрезвычайно сложно исправить. Деформация гленоида является препятствием, с которым часто сталкиваются хирурги, выполняющие обратное тотальное эндопротезирование плечевого сустава. Данный систематический обзор посвящён анализу клинических результатов использования аугментов у пациентов с деформацией суставного отростка лопатки, включая боль, объём движений, функциональные оценки, рентгенологические показатели результатов, частоту осложнений и частоту ревизий.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>reverse shoulder arthroplasty</kwd><kwd>reverse shoulder</kwd><kwd>arthroplasty of the shoulder joint</kwd><kwd>augment</kwd><kwd>augmented glenoid</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>реверсивное эндопротезирование плечевого сустава</kwd><kwd>реверсивное плечо</kwd><kwd>артропластика плечевого сустава</kwd><kwd>аугмент</kwd><kwd>аугментированный гленоид</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Mizuno N, Denard PJ, Raiss P, Walch G.
