Projecting of the medical technological process is considered on the example of the hospital treatment of patients with low back degenerative diseases. Technologic chart for diagnosis and treatment of patients with spondylogenous low back pain for the inpatient treatment is given. High efficacy of the proposed technological approach to the treatment of lumbar spine degenerative diseases is proved by clinical results.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В настоящей работе являющейся продолжением публикации, представленной в № 3 журнала за 2000 г., рассматривается проектирование медицинского технологического процесса на примере лечения дегенеративных заболеваний поясничного отдела позвоноч­ника на стационарном этапе. Приведена «Технологическая карта диагностики и лече­ния пациента со спондилогенным поясничным болевым синдромом» для стационарного этапа.
