The patient answered some questions correctly, but at times he began to stammer, babble incomprehensibly, and made mistakes in the knowledge of subjects. Everything he was told he understood clearly. There was no agraphia and no verbal blindness. In addition, mild paresis of the tongue and limbs of the right side was noted.
