ГЛИАЛЬНЫЕ NG2-КЛЕТКИ В НЕЙРООНТОГЕНЕЗЕ И РЕГЕНЕРАЦИИ

Аннотация

Изучены NG2-клетки как предшественники нейральных клеток, олигодендроцитов, астроцитов в зрелом мозге, их взаимодействие с клетками других типов в ЦНС в условиях патологиии. В эксперименте и клинике показана возможность участия глиальных NG2-клеток в возникновении глиом. Роль NG2-глии активно исследуют при воспалении, дегенерации и нейрорегенерации, в том числе при посттравматической регенерации спинного мозга.
