Аннотация

Рассмотрены основные биологические, психобиологические, психологические и психопатологичес-кие модели аддиктивного влечения. Проанализирована их связь с механизмами возникновения и клиническими проявлениями зависимого поведения. Указано на отсутствие единой концепции, способной объяснить все многообразие характеристик феномена влечения и обеспечить тем самым универсальную терапевтическую стратегию. Дана критическая оценка односторонних психопатологических трактовок аддиктивного влечения и проистекающих из них психофармакологических подходов к лечению наркологической зависимости.
