ОСОБЕННОСТИ ИНФАРКТОВ В БАССЕЙНЕ ЗАДНИХ МОЗГОВЫХ АРТЕРИЙ

Аннотация

Представлены особенности этиологии, клинической картины, нейровизуализации и лечения инфарктов в бассейне задних мозговых артерий в свете современных данных. Своевременное распознавание симптомов ишемического инсульта в бассейне задних мозговых артерий позволяет врачу как можно раньше определить тактику лечения пациента и рассмотреть при отсутствии противопоказаний возможность проведения тромболитической терапии, что делает прогноз для больного более благоприятным.
