СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПРЕДСТАВЛЕНИЯ О ТРЕМОРЕ

Аннотация

Показано, что виды тремора различаются по частоте генерации, условиям возникновения, локализации, по ассоциации с другими двигательными расстройствами и требуют тщательного врачебного анализа. Большинство заболеваний, сопровождающихся дрожанием, прогрессируют, приводят к ограничению трудоспособности и бытовой деятельности. Существующие сведения о гетерогенности и полисимптомности эссенциального тремора, размытость границ диагностики дистонического и эссенциального тремора, или дрожательной формы болезни Паркинсона и эссенциального тремора, многообразие источников генерации различных вариантов тремора, неоднозначность специфичности медикаментозных и нейрохирургических методов лечения, нуждаются в подтверждении крупными плацебо-контролируемыми, рандомизированными, слепыми исследованиями.
