A correct understanding of the sports heart physiological mechanisms, i.e. heart, which has a high ability to adapt, allows sport doctors to make a diagnosis "healthy", an objective assessment of the cardiovascular system of athletes and observe favorable changes appearing in the rational ongoing training load. Proper understanding of the ways and laws of development of pathological "sports heart" development, provides the ability to timely diagnosis, management and early treatment and prevention of pre-pathological conditions and pathological changes in the circulatory system of athletes arising during various unfavorable conditions, of the physical labor associated with sports activities.sports cardiologysportprofessional pathologycardio-vascular systemспортивная кардиологияспортпрофпатологиясердечно-сосудистая система[Бородулин В.
