Abstract

Diagnosting the correct disease stage plays an important role in predicting the individual, treatment planning and the preparation of an adequate program of medical rehabilitation. The Russian oncogynecology used several classifications: national, international clinical such as TNM and FIGO, International Classification of cancer (ICD-O) and the International histological classification (2003, Lyon). The leading factor in determining the prognosis and expertise, and the fate of the patient after treatment, is the stage of the disease, which is installed with the above-mentioned group of classifications.

STATE OF PRIMARY DISABILITY DUE TO STROKE AMONG ADULT POPULATION OF ORENBURG IN 2009-2011

Abstract

According to the dynamics primary disability of Orenburg adult population as result of stroke, the effectiveness of the Health Ministry order № 389n and № 357n implementation in a particular regional center. Despite the minor trend of the acute cerebrovascular accidents (CVA) incidence reduction, revealed a significant positive dynamics of disability reduction among adults due to cerebral vascular accidents. There was a trend of rejuvenation of disability as a result of the stroke effect with preferential access to the disabled males. There was a significant increase in the third group primary disability, along with a reduction in mortality, a moderate increase of people with the first disability degree. The dependency of the disability from stroke type and level of education. Low efficiency of rehabilitation has been noted.

The purpose of research - identification of the stability role during sleep-wake cycle regime in patients with insomnia. The study included 60 patients with psychophysiological insomnia and methods included validated tests. The interrelation between instability of sleep-wake cycle regime and clinical characteristics of the initial state. Stability Assessment of sleep predicts efficacy in general. The more stable sleep, the better the performance of autonomic disorders, depression, mood and well being after treatment. A sleep diary is an important diagnostic tool in the examination of patients with insomnia.

Abstract

Currently, research problems and the relationship between PBS psychopathology were not considered in connection with the rehabilitation, in particular by using the methods of psycho-physiological self-regulation in all available literature. The article shows the results of changes investigation in the intensity of the FBS in medical rehabilitation using empatotehniki and examines the relationship between PBS and the mental state of patients with lower limb stumps. The study showed the dependence on the presence of psychopathology phantom pain, and the impact of depression on the severity of PBS. Comprehensive rehabilitation measures contributed to a corrective PBS improve emotional and effective replacement.
