Abstract

Modern society suffers considerable losses due to morbidity with disability. A comprehensive study of the basic principles of disability examination and regulatory aspects of this problem contains great scientific and practical interest in order to preserve the health of the population and labor force. Dynamics of tactile sensitivity as an additional factor in assessing the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic rehabilitation of patients with chronic pain syndromes

Abstract

This paper presents study results of the changes dynamics in tactile sensitivity among chronic pain patients in the process of psycho-physiological self-regulation (empatotechnique). Apparent fluctuations were found in tactile sensitivity with chronic pain and emotional disorders. After completing the empatotechnique course with a decrease in pain intensity and improving the emotional state of the patients, a decrease of vibrations tactile sensitivity was shown. The obtained results may be indicative of the regulatory processes restoration and the functional state ofthe central nervous system optimization.

The structure of primary disability due to coronary heart disease based on disability groups in the Russian Federation in dynamics for 10 years (2004-2013)

Abstract

In the Russian Federation, the number of new cases of disability due to ischemic heart disease for 10 years (2004-2013) amounted to 2.1 million people: people with disabilities in group I was 30.5 thousand. Man, II group - 1.2 million people, III group - 801.5 thousand people. There is a clear decline in the number of disabled persons in all the years of observation. The paper analyzes the structure of primary disability due to coronary heart disease in groups in dynamics for 10 years (2004-2013), which changes significantly. In the structure of disability groups in 2004-2009 dominated group II, in 2010-2013, is dominated by people with disabilities group III. The share of people with disabilities in group I and decreases in all years.

Abstract

The article presents the indicators total disability due to coronary heart disease in dynamics for 2007-2012, the Marked decrease in the total number of disabled due to diseases of the circulatory system in the Krasnodar region by 31,2%, invalids due to coronary heart disease by 23.5%, dominated in the structure of total number of disabled due to IHD re-registered disabled (67,3%), disabled persons of retirement age (61,9%), invalids of group II (55,2%). The level of total disability due to coronary heart disease had a tendency to decrease the highest level of disability was defined in persons of retirement age and invalids of II group.

New opportunities for rehabilitative treatment of children - territorial "Health" center

Abstract

The article presents data characterizing the efficiency of the territorial center «Health» on the basis of a comprehensive school. It is shown that after three years of visits children territorial center «Health», 1st and 2nd group of health have 71% of them, which is higher than the urban figure of 4%, the number of children with health group 3-27%, which is below the citywide index 4.5%. There is 3% increase in the number of children attending main physical training group. The share of children, who had flu and were absent due to illness, was an average of 2.9% to 5.6%, which is lower than the average city index by 5%. Number of days missed due to illness by students attending the «Health center» is 5.9 % less than average city index.
