Abstract


The paper provides the results of a microhemodynamic study by laser Doppler flowmetry of the scalp in 76 patients with diffuse alopecia. This technique has enabled the authors to confirm regulatory disorders in the microcirculatory system and to detect a certain impaired factor of vascular tone regulation.
