Abstract
Bullous pemphigoid - autoimmune bullou dermatosis associated with circulating autoantibodies against antigens of basal membrane of stratified epithelium. Various factors can provoke this bullous dermatosis (ultraviolet radiation, trauma, burns, drugs). Sometimes this disease develop after vaccination against viral or bacterial infection. This paper presents a case of bullous pemphigoid exacerbation as a result of vaccination with influenza virus vaccine in a 72 year old woman. After the treatment improvement was marked and clinical remission of the disease was achieved. This case illustrates the necessity of detailed history analysis concerning manifestation or exacerbation of autoimmune disorders after vaccination.

Abstract
Description of skin and lung sarcoidosis is presented, including multiple and various skin symptoms and severe rentgenologic and morphologic manifestation in 27 years old resident of Moscow. Skin lesions developed 3,5 years after self-reliant prednisolone withdrawal by patient (prednisolone was prescribed by phthisiatrician for lung sarcoidosis treatment). Skin rush quickly became spread. The patient was treated in in-patient department and received prednisolone (30 mg per os and 30 mg intramuscularly) with subsequent dose decrease. In 3,5 weeks the patient was discharged from hospital. Nodular lesions totally resolved leaving brownish-pink macules.

Abstract
Review of Russian and foreign literature about current treatment methods of circumscribed sclerodermia is presented. Authors examined 82 patients with circumscribed sclerodermia aged 20--75 years old. In all patients oxygen saturation, lesional microcirculation, and proteinogramm were assessed before and after treatment. In a group of patients who underwent complex treatment including infrared irradiation significant improvement of clinical and laboratory parameters was noted.

Kochergin N.G., Chernikova E.A., Bilalova U.G., Lytkina E.A., Kochergin N.G., Chernikova E.A., Bilalova U.G., Litkina E.A.
Abstract
The basic literary data on the connection between the symptoms of atopic dermatitis of face and neck with the lipophilic fungi Malassezia are presented in the article. The Malassezia fungi are presented in the atopic dermatitis skin in a greater amount compared with the healthy individuals and can play as superantigens the trigger role in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis. Classical local antifungal medicines and some calciumneurine antagonists are shown to be effective in the treatment of atopic dermatitis. The results of the pilot research support this statement.

Abstract
Interconnection between the expression of toll-like receptors TLR-2 and TLR-4 on the epithelial surfaces of urogenital tract and clinical signs of urogenital Chlamidia infection in women is presented in the article. Clinicolaboraatory investigation was performed in 41 patients with acute Chlamidia infection, in 29 patients with chronic Chlamidia infection, in 30 patients with the chlamidiosis in anamnesis (markers of the infection were not detected during 1 year by any diagnostic approach) in 32 healthy women (control group). TLR-2 and TLR-4 level can be the criteria for the evaluation of Chlamidia infection and presence of the inflammatory process. In some cases when the pathogenic organism is not detected by laboratory approaches and the diagnosis was stated according to the markers which show indirectly the presence of Chlamidia infection, changes in TLR-2 and TLR-4 levels indicate the irradication of the pathogen. Activation of TLR-2 and TLR-4 is always seen when the strengthening of the protective reactions in the lesion focus happens. Low TLR-2 and TLR-4 levels can indicate the beginning of chronic inflectional process.
