Abstract
The paper considers the features of mobile applications for people with intellectual disabilities and defines the requirements for the development of such applications. The technology of end-to-end development of mobile applications for users with intellectual disabilities is described, based on the use of a template multi-module architecture and an adaptable template interface. A CASE system is proposed that implements support for the stages of design, implementation and maintenance of the life cycle of mobile applications for people with intellectual disabilities. An example of using the CASE system for developing a mobile game for people with severe multiple developmental disabilities is described.
