Formalization of geometric inter-part properties in assembling complex products
Abstract
A comprehensive formalization of geometric properties of complex engineering objects given in the paper is based on the regularly used paradigm of state space. It enables using the same terms to describe the geometric obstacle, a stability of parts in assembly process, a grasping capability of the assembling robot, a coherence condition of the assembly operations, and a mechanical structure of the product. The formalization also allows using the well-developed approaches and algorithms of motion planning to develop assembly processes and operations.

A survey on intrabody communication modeling methods
Abstract
Wireless body area network (WBAN) provides energy-efficient data transfer between wearable devices. Traditional WBAN consists of large and high-power consumption devices. Intrabody communication (IBC) is one of the technologies used by WBAN. IBC transmits data within the human body, consisting of different tissues. When developing devices for WBAN, modeling is necessary due to the signal transmission within complex layer structures. In this paper, a comprehensive IBC modeling overview has been introduced. Our investigation collected, classified and evaluated modeling methods for various body tissues. The WBAN development and modeling problems, and the main requirements for their design are considered.

Logic and circuitry of a memory element to ensure the reliability unitary code and speed of ring counters
Abstract
Binary encoding of information is prone to errors. The simplest code is a unitary code. Modern coding theory does not allow us to exclude all possible errors in the unitary code. As a result of errors in a bistable memory cell, the unitary code may be corrupted.
The properties and features of simple memory elements based on a bistable cell for computer-aided design in CAD are considered. The logic of the prohibition of indeterminate states of a memory element with negative feedback, in contrast to synchronous and self-synchronous logic, is analyzed. The proposed logic is modeled by blocking combined memory elements on the example of a ring counter. The complexity and speed of the ring counter are analyzed, the reliability of its unitary code is evaluated by the proportion of detected errors.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the circuit complexity and performance of a synchronous-asynchronous memory element with negative feedback and the principle of error prevention in the synchronous-asynchronous mode of complex combined memory elements using the example of a ring counter with an assessment of the reliability of its output equidistant unitary code by the proportion of detected errors.
As a result of the study, using the example of a counter, the possibility of simplifying and improving the performance of digital serial devices with the exception of errors in triggering their discharges, with the exception of those that are not blocked, is shown. The use of forbidding logic to exclude an undefined state of memory during encoding allows the code to be equidistant. The introduction of the prohibition logic into memory is the fact of a sufficient reduction in the number of coding errors. The proposed logic is justified by the simplicity of synchronous-asynchronous memory management. The performance indicators of the developed memory element are comparable to the performance indicators of self-synchronous logic circuits. The logic of a synchronous-asynchronous memory element with negative feedback expands the capabilities of digital devices. The reliability of the unitary code of the proposed ring counter is close to unity. The considered synchronous-asynchronous logic, the possibility of increasing the speed and preventing errors in the memory element will allow choosing more effective ways to develop promising information processing tools using CAD.

Sentiment analysis in text as an effective approach to behavior analysis
Abstract
Some approaches for analyzing behavior in the e-government environment are considered. A method for behavior analysis based on sentiment analysis and a naive Bayes classifier is proposed. It is proposed to analyze behavior using the sentiment analysis in text method to determine which documents about citizens collected in state registers belong to positive or negative sentiment. The proposed approach will provide an opportunity to study the socio-political situation in the country more effectively, and to identify the socio-economic problems of citizens.

Aspects of creating parallel programs in dataflow programming paradigm
Abstract
The imperative programming paradigm is the main one for creating sequential and parallel programs for the vast majority of modern computers, including supercomputers. A feature of the imperative paradigm is the sequence of commands. This feature is an obstacle to the creation of efficient parallel programs, since parallelism is achieved at the expense of additional code. One of the solutions to the problem of overhead for parallel computing is the creation of such a computing model and the architecture of the system that implements it, for which the parallel execution of the algorithm is an immanent property. This model is a dataflow computing model with a dynamically formed context and the architecture of the parallel dataflow computing system "Buran". A complete transition to dataflow systems is hampered, among other things, by the conceptual difference between the dataflow programming paradigm and the imperative one. The article compares these two paradigms. First, parallel data processing is an inherent property of a dataflow program. Second, the dataflow program consists of three elements: a set of initial data, a program code, and a parameterizable distribution function. And third, a conceptually different approach to the algorithmization of the task — the data themselves store information about who should process them (in traditional programs, on the contrary, the command stores information about what data should be processed). The article also presents the structure of a dataflow program and the route for creating a dataflow algorithm. The translation of basic algorithmic constructions (following, branching, loops) is considered on the example of simple problems.

Making management decisions on structural changes in the system physical protection of the object for increasing its efficiency
Abstract
The article deals with the development of control solutions to ensure the necessary requirements for the effectiveness of the system of physical protection of critical facilities. The security status of a critical facility is presented in the form of a matrix: rows are variants of intruder penetration routes to the facility, and columns are the characteristics of penetration routes. Solving the problem of data processing using factor analysis methods on a direct and transposed matrix, significant structural relationships were obtained between the characteristics and variants of penetration routes, indicating their heterogeneity. Based on the analysis of the number and composition of the obtained factors (components), the matrix of penetration routes was decomposed. For each matrix of selected route groups, a regression equation was constructed. The analysis of the coefficients of the regression equations makes it possible to make effective control decisions on the modernization of the structure of the physical protection system in order to increase its efficiency.
