Mathematical modeling of dynamic processes within the terminological information system
Abstract
The processes of terminologization and determinologization are analyzed, the presence of close interaction between these processes is determined. The mathematical modeling of the dynamics of the number of terms is described. Terminological processes occurring in the national terminological information system are formed on the basis of mathematical laws, and for a general analysis of the system, the forms of manifestation of these processes are identified.

Identification of the model of radiation conductivity of polymeric materials
Abstract
A technique for identifying a model of radiation conductivity of polymeric materials for chip packages of microelectronic equipment has been developed. On the basis of the developed technique, computer simulation of radiation charging of polymer cases of microelectronic equipment with increased conductivity was carried out. The research results are aimed at the development of composite polymeric materials for chip packages of microelectronic equipment with conductivity that ensures the absence of electrostatic discharges and makes it possible to significantly increase the life of spacecraft.

Comparison of data sampling strategies for Approximate Processing of queries to a large database
Abstract
Interactive analytics requires database systems to promptly process aggregation queries. As the volume of data continues to grow at a high rate, this becomes more and more challenging. In the past, the database community has come up with two ideas to solve this problem: Approximate Query Processing (AQP) and Aggregate Precomputation (AggPre). In this article, we will focus on APQ. Many techniques were proposed for optimizing AQP performance. Most of them are based on the creation of the best stratified samples. But none of the existing approaches can answer the following questions: "Under what conditions will the sampling strategy be optimal? What is the maximum error in estimating an aggregate when using the strategy in case of data skew?" The article provides answers to the questions posed. The article discusses three strategies for selecting segments from a data array: 1) uniform, 2) based on the distribution of read records by segments, 3) based on the distribution of read records and aggregate values by segments. The article defines conditions for the optimality of each strategy. Proposed analytical methods solve the optimization problem and determine the conditions under which the value of the confidence interval of the estimated aggregate will be minimal. The paper also studied the effect of data skews on the accuracy of the estimation of aggregated values. The maximum value of the confidence interval is calculated at the border of the admissible region. Experiments on depersonalized banking transactions demonstrated that the 3rd sampling strategy is much better than the first two strategies.

Quantum neural networks in machine learning: problems and prospects
Abstract
Despite rapid theoretical and practical progress, machine learning algorithms require large computational resources. However, new opportunities are opening up due to the advent of quantum computing devices that directly use the laws of quantum mechanics to bypass the technological and thermodynamic limitations of classical computing. Taking into account that artificial neural networks are actively used in solving a number of practical problems, with the advent of quantum computing technologies, the development of quantum neural networks for the implementation of quantum machine learning is very relevant. The article considers a quantum analogue of classical neurons that form quantum neural networks capable of performing universal quantum computations.

Method for analyzing complex natural data and detecting anomalies
Abstract
A method for analyzing natural data of a complex structure based on the use of wavelet data decomposition operations and their combination with threshold functions is proposed. By using adaptive thresholds, operations for noise suppression and detection of anomalous changes in data are built. The implementation operations of the method are described and the application of neutron monitors to data is shown. We used data from the network of ground stations of neutron monitors (www. nmdb.eu), which are secondary cosmic rays. Anomalies in cosmic rays can create a radiation hazard, cause failures in radio communications, as well as defects in the operation of satellites, leading to loss of orientation and destruction. Therefore, the task of timely diagnosis of such events is relevant. The application of the method made it possible to clearly detect and evaluate anomalous changes in cosmic ray data that were observed during disturbed periods in the magnetosphere.

New algorithm for detecting road lanes
Abstract
Lane detection systems play a crucial role in the context of advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving systems. Such systems can reduce the number of traffic accidents and improve driving safety by warning the driver in dangerous traffic situations. In addition, the detection of traffic lanes with their left and right borders, along with the recognition of their types, is of great importance because they provide contextual information. Lane detection is a difficult task because road conditions and light conditions change while driving. This article proposes a new combined method for determining traffic lanes based on the pyramidal-recursive method and multi-modal segmentation. The results of modeling the proposed method in comparison with known approaches are presented.

Investigation of the operation of web applications without a command-events from an external source (from the client)
Abstract
Many web programmers are faced with the problem of not being able to implement a number of methods by internal means of the web server, due to the lack of a tool for calling program modules on internal and independent events (for example, when a certain time occurs or when an event occurs from an independent event source). This article describes the research and concept of a web application in the absence of external commands to run a web application script by means of a web server. In parallel to the task, the issue of storing data in variables between iterations of the web application script was solved (without using shared memory tools).
