Compared clinico-immunological efficacy of antihypoxants in treatment of maxillodental phlegmons

Abstract

The authors analyze the results of treatment of patients with odontogenic maxillodental phlegmons using antihypoxants (actovegin, hypoxen). Comparative analysis of clinicoimmunological indices of the patients demonstrated that the use of these drugs in complex pharmaceutical treatment of patients with acute pyoinflammatory facial diseases decreased the number of complications, shortened hospital stay, and normalized immune parameters in the postoperative period
