Abstract

During the casting of products for orthopedic stomatology, there are ingates and profits which are cut off, and are used again only in volume of 10 %. Other parts of ingates and profits aren’t used and goes on recycling. Restriction in a reuse due to that at fusion and molding oxides of cobalt and chrome which have negative influence on mechanical properties of alloys are formed. At that time the design of ingates and profits promotes collecting oxides in this part of foundry system. The way of refinement of cobalt-chrome alloys with AK - 5 allows full use of technological return that renders an essential role on formation of the cost price of manufacturing of tooth artificial limbs. The received results demonstrate that the way of refinement with AK - 5 gives the chance to keep physicomechanical properties of cobalt-chrome alloys received of 70 % of primary structure and 30 % of technological return for use in orthopedic stomatology.

EXPERIMENTAL MODEL OF TRAUMA AND POSTTRAUMATIC REORGANIZATION OF THE MUCOUS MEMBRANE MAXILLARY SINUS

Edranov S.S.

Abstract

The review presents a critical analysis of the developed by the author, the experimental model of studies of mechanisms of inflammation and posttraumatic reorganization of the mucous membrane maxillary sinus in rats. Presents information about anatomic topographic organization maxillary sinus and describes the main morphohistochemistry changes injured sinuses. As a result of the fracture zygomatic bone and/or transection maxillary nerve in the mucosa of the registered expressed mast cell reaction. The activіtу of this reaction gradient decreases in the next 20 days after the injury. In the mucosa of the sinuses on the side of transection maxillary nerve are dystrophic changes of nervous fibers with aberrant morphology and high activіty of NADPH-diaphoras. The results of the work show that transection maxillary nerve leads to deafferentation the middle zone of the personal Department of heads of rats and an adequate model for the study of neurogenic influences that inevitably arise when injury walls maxillary sinus, sinuses of Highmore.

Abstract

Presents the results of the survey of 131 patients of different nationalities, including 69 - residents of Dagestan, 62 - a metropolis of Moscow and the Moscow region (Slavs). In 58 was diagnosed with chronic periodontitis in the stage of exacerbation. With the help of PCR installed reliable difference frequency of detection periodontitis pathogenic species A.actinomycetemcomitans, T.forsythia, P.gingivalis, T.denticola, F.nucleatum the inhabitants of indigenous peoples of Dagestan and the Slavs of the megapolis of Moscow. In respect of the P. intermedia, P. micros, E. corrodens differences have not been identified. With the help of the EIA revealed a statistically significant difference of the level of proinflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in the plasma of blood and gingival fluid of the pathology of periodontal the population of Dagestan and Slavs, but not the anti-inflammatory. Is that a sharp increase in the level of cytokines in the inhabitants of Dagestan may be due to the greater frequency of infection with pathogenic species or genetic polymorphism of genes coding for the synthesis of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α.

P’yanzina A.V., Gerasimenko M.Y.

Abstract

Presents the results of studying the data of the literature on complex therapy of patients with chronic generalized periodontitis and their own observations of the 220 patients aged from 35 to 75 years with verified diagnosis of chronic generalized periodontitis moderate and severe degrees of severity, which was held rate fluctuarisation. It is established, that fluctuophoresis impact on the improvement of clinical and rheographic index, as well as indicators of laser Doppler flowmetry due to the improvement of microcirculation. It is shown that the rate of fluctuophoresis Mildronate contributes to the improvement of the miogenic regulation, and fluctuophoresis nivalin - neurogenic regulation of vascular tone. Fluctuophoresis actovegin is quite effective for the treatment of patients with both ХГП moderate, and severe degree, when it is not revealed the predominance of the violation or miogenic, or neurogenic regulation.

THE ROLE OF NITRIC OXIDE IN DAMAGE AND REPARATIONS MUCOUS MEMBRANE MAXILLARY SINUS

Edranov S.S.

Abstract

This review presents the literature data and own researches of the author on the topography and the distribution of constitutive and inducible NO- sinthase and the meaning of NO in the mechanisms of cell reorganization of damaged mucous membrane maxillary sinus. The presence of enzymes shown in the cytoplasm of a prismatic epithelium and the goblet cells, fibroblasts and mast cells mucous basis, endothelium of vessels and nerve fibers. Briefly describes the main regularities of the inclusion of the intercellular messengers in potentiation of the physiological effects NO trauma and chronic inflammation of the mucous membrane maxillary sinus. The estimation is given to the cytotoxic and neuroprotective effects NO in these conditions. The obtained data are argued by the in favour of the view, which considers the cumulative effect of trauma and chronic inflammation as a result of primary death of the tissues of the mucous membranes and secondary widespread damage - apoptosis near the site of injury and at the distance. The activity of NO-synthase is a significant factor, which defines the anti - and proapoptotic NO action at different times after the accident.

PAMPURA ENDOGENOUS ANTIMICROBIAL POLYPEPTIDES - FACTORS OF NONSPECIFIC PROTECTION OF THE ORGANISM

Kulakov E.V., Elizarova V.M., Pampura A.N.

Abstract

Despite advances in the treatment of oral diseases, dental caries, its complicated forms and diseases of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity are often found in children. Proved a clear link between the state of the oral cavity and the General somatic status of the child, the state of his immunity. One of the neglected components of the innate immune system are antimicrobial peptides (AMP). AMP can be found virtually in all physiological liquids, as well as the epithelium of the skin and mucous membranes. Peptides are important in the oral cavity, where microbial flora is present in high concentration constantly; AMP are natural antibiotics, which provide the first line of defense against a wide range of pathogens. There are three main groups of amino acid composition and the three-dimensional structure: a-helical peptides without cysteine (cathelicidins) peptides with three disulfide bonds (a - and b-defensine), and peptides with a high number of amino acids (histatin). Recent studies show the importance of defensine and cathelicidin as antibacterial agents of the mouth, while histatine has a pronounced anti-fungal and prevents the formation of microbial film on the surface of the tooth.
