DEVELOPMENT AND ANALYSIS OF THE PECULIARITIES OF THE THERMAL MAPS OF MAXILLOFACIAL REGION DEPENDINGON THE AGE AND SEX

Durnovo E.A., Potekhina Y.P., Marochkina M.S., Mochalova D.A.

Abstract

The article presents the results of infrared thermography. With the help of this method in the period 2011-2012 year was examined 498 practically healthy people, which were divided into 4 groups according to the age periodization of adult human beings, adopted at the International Symposium in Moscow in 1965. All of the sample was carried out measurement of the thermal and thermometric indicators in 44 the selected points of the maxillofacial area. As a result of the carried out research have been established normal thermometric and thermal analysis indicators maxillofacial area. Given the characteristics of the built XRD depending on age and sex.

TRANSPORT CARBONATE, CITRATE AND SELENATE BETWEEN THE ENAMEL AND ORAL FLUID

Petrovic Y.A., Leontiev V.K., Podorozhnaya R.P., Kichenko S.M., Dmitriev I.M.

Abstract

Metabolic studies carbonate citrate and selenate enamel of healthy teeth and bones (MT) and the pathology is not enough. Most research has focused on different aspects of calcium metabolism, phosphate and proteins. However, it is known that carbonate, citrate, and selenate have a significant impact on the hydroxyapatite (HAP) MT. In view of the foregoing, in the message highlighted fluctuations [14C] carbonate, [3-14C] and citrate [75Se] selenate between MT and blood, as well as oral fluid. The use of radioactive isotopes, the evaluation of their concentration in the tissues examined, with the help of new factors and OPA crore has allowed for the first time reveal the undulating patterns of transport of chemical compounds to describe the temporal and age dynamics of changes in the intensity of transport of various substances in the prevailing direction between the body fluids and MT.

THE INFLUENCE OF SURFACE ABRASIVE TREATMENT AND TEMPERATURE EFFECTS ON THE PROPERTIES OF DENTAL CERAMICS BASED ON METASTABLE TETRAGONAL ZIRCONIUM

Tsalikova N.A.

Abstract

Yttrium stabilized tetragonal zirconia (YTZP) has opened up new prospects for all-ceramic restorations. However, one of the most common problems in the manufacture of zirconia prostheses is the violation of the integrity of frames and chipped ceramic tiles. In the process of manufacturing zirconium frames of fixed prosthesis there are elements of abrasion and heat treatment. However, it is likely that these effects may affect the mechanical properties of frames. Therefore aim of this study was to determine the nature and impact of the blast and mechanical processing of samples from stabilized zirconia, using diamond tools, as well as high-temperature re-firing on the properties of their strength and the phase state and determine the feasibility of regenerating firing to restore the original properties and the phase state of the material.

ESTIMATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF INFLUENCE OF PHYTOPREPARATE FOR PROPHYLAXIS OF CARIES ON DYNAMICS OF INDEXES OF ORAL LIQUID

Galizina O.A., Morozova S.I., Ryazanova E.A.

Abstract

Clinical usage of phytopreparate for treatment and prophylaxis of caries showed good prophylactic effect because of plant components of preparate and ecdisteron. There is positive influence on remineralizing quality of oral liquid by improvement its physic-chemical qualities (amount of Ca, P, Na, K, alkaline phosphatase, H+ and others). Phenomen of metfractional distribution of Ca to caries intensity before and after investigation is studied. Stabilizing action to activity of alkaline phosphatase and improvement of structural-functional resistance of enamel after prophylactic measures use ecdisteroid phytopreparate is noticed.

Experimental basis of laserocystectomy odontogenic cysts, sproute the bottom of the maxyllari sine

Semennikov V.I., Shashkov Y.V., Semennikova N.V., Taktak M., Shishkina O.E.

Abstract

With a view to enhancing the effectiveness of treatment for cysts odontogenous upper jaw and the prevention of various complications, we have developed a method of laser cystektomy. Experimental studies of morphological and elektrotermometrical research methods have allowed to develop optimal laser therapy-uses a diode laserfiber Prometey "(Spectrum Internenational, Inc., USA) 400 ^m in diameter, with a power output of 5 Watts and Exposition of 2-3 seconds. The maximum depth of coagulation necrosis was 504.75 ± 22.57 and an increase in temperature of the surrounding tissues to 4.6° C within 4 seconds, indicating no damaging effects of laser on to the fabric.

PECULIARITIES OF THE SANITATION OF THE ORAL CAVITY OF THE SENIOR SCHOOLCHILDREN OF THE BACKDROP OF THE DRUG PREPARATION

Larentsova L.I., Kovaleva I.F.

Abstract

The study determined the quantitative assessment of anxiolytic effect of the drug containing antibodies to medillaryspecific protein S-100 (APF "Materia Medica Holding"), used for sedation at the outpatient dental admission in children on the background of anesthesia. Used clinical method of survey which included a survey, observation of the behavior of the children. To assess the emotional state of schoolchildren used scale MCDAS. From the number of the surveyed identified group of children (65 people) in a state of fear and terror in the age of 15-18 years, from them 9% in the light degree, 32% in the temperate and 59% in a marked degree. The quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of the preparations carried out by the method of sensometry with the aid of :Sensoest". Set the degree of efficiency of combined application Tenoten-child (2 + 2) with the solution Ultracaini CP-Forte. When this is combined increase of endurance to pain (typical for anxiety) and raising the thresholds of tactile and pain sensitivity (typical for anaesthetics). Comprehensive pain management allows you to reduce the dose of local anesthetic in to times and it can be recommended for wide application at the children ’s outpatient dental admission.
