Afanas'eva V.V., Lebedenko I.Y., Grachev D.I., Arutyunov S.D.

Abstract

The article considers a possibility of increasing the effectiveness of restoration removable plate dentures after the failure on the basis of a thorough analysis of the reports of the dental clinics of North-Eastern administrative district of Moscow for 2011-2013 on quantities manufactured removable dentures and their restoration, in the same period. A high percentage of renovation has allowed the authors to identify the main weak link: imperfection of the technology of the repair of prosthesis basis. The method of repair removable denture that is to compare and fixation offragments of removable dentures by glue, manufacture fixed prosthesis plaster model, the expansion of dental cutter borders of the fault and the formation of the outer boundaries of the retention cavities, parallel fault line, three in number, all along the fault line, equally distant one from another.

Mathematical justification of choice of locking systems when combined prosthetics. features endodontic preparation of distal teeth for prosthetics, depending on the proposed locking system

Remizova A.A., Kozlov S.V.

Abstract

The basis of articles are mathematical calculations that allow you to select a rigid or semilabile prosthesis fixation system. Condition of periodontal tissues is a key parameter in selecting the locking system. It is very important the correct endodontic treatment of distal teeth channels. Thus, carrying out mathematical calculations of local loads effects in the planning stage of clasp locking systems will allow us to eliminate errors and complications

Microbial films Staphylococcus epidermidis ATCC 29887 on the surface of zirconium dioxide. Experimental study

Rogozhnikov A.G., Rogozhnikov G.I., Morozova S.E., Korobov V.P., Lemkina L.M., Shulyatnikova O.A., Gurov A.A., Morozov I.A.

Abstract

Impact of education and growth of biofilms of Staphylococcus epidermidis ATSS 29887 on a surface of dioxide of the zirconium stabilized by oxides of yttrium and cerium is investigated. The expressed dependence of viability of biomass of films on a type of a stabilizing additive is established. By methods of spectroscopy of combinational dispersion of light, nuclear and power microscopy and scanning electronic microscopy it is shown that biofilms don’t influence phase structure of a surface, but promote change of its structural elements.

Diagnosis and treatment of patients with giant arteriovenous malformations. (Clinical case)

Grishin A.A., Vasilev A.Y., Repina S.I., Nikiforuk N.M., Privalova E.G.

Abstract

A case of arteriovenous malformation of the left half of the face presented illustrates the approach to diagnosis, planning and treatment of patients with giant arteriovenous malformations of head and neck region. The patient underwent clinical examination, ultrasonography and multislice computer tomography angiography. Localization and diameter of vessels that participate in the blood supply of the malformation and linear blood velocity, precise localization, quantity and topography of afferent arteries and draining veins, special features of blood supply and absence of destruction of bone structures were defined. Multistage treatment was indicated due to big size of the malformation. The first step of treatment included ligation of afferent vessels and partial resection ofmalformation. Histological examination of the postoperative specimen was performed. The patient is observed dynamically and the next step of treatment is being planned. Patients with giant arteriovenous malformations of head and neck need special approach to their management with examination using contemporary radiological diagnostic methods, particularly high resolution ultrasonography and multislice computer tomography angiography, and multistage treatment.

Abstract

The disease diseases of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity, and a red border of the lips, registered in the adult population at the reception in a model dental clinic of Moscow city, dominated by the disease and related lesions, which share amounted to 52,61 %. Came all, in 34,75% of cases, patients with diseases of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity and o a red border of the lips f was diagnosed with recurrent aft the mouth. The smallest share in the structure of diseases mucous membranes of the oral cavity and a red border of the lips (0,15%) took malignant neoplasms mouth. International Statistical Classification of Diseases-10 does notfully reflect the full range and diversity of forms ofdiseases ofthe diseases ofthe mucous membranes of the oral cavity, and a red border of the lips, its use in the diagnosis makes it impossible to make the most accurate picture of the incidence.

Experimental research of durability adhesional connection, by testing for a shift, depending on the type of antibiotic treatment

Popova E.A., Furtsev T.V.

Abstract

The article deals with the penetration of the adhesive in the dentinal tubules, depending on the method and algorithm of the bacterial treatment of the total etching using shearing test. As a bacterial drug treatment we use “Consepsis” and a method of photodynamic therapy. We also compare the standard algorithm for total-etch “Bacterial Treatment - phosphoric acid etching - the application of the adhesive” and a new algorithm called “phosphoric acid etching - bacterial treatment - the application of the adhesive”. The advantage of the method of PDT and a new algorithm for total-etch.
