Abstract

The article deals with the issues of health safeguarding among juvenile delinquents serving sentence in penitentiary facilities. The comparative analysis is presented relating to the attitude to the health safeguard issues and the need in medical care among adolescents from penitentiary facility and students form schools and specialized schools of city of Nizhny Novgorod and Novgorodskya oblast. The study results testify the meaning of educational and explanatory activities among juvenile delinquents for the purpose of adaptation this group of children to the full-fledged life in society.
