PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science databases were used for the period 2000–2024.</p> <p><bold>Results. </bold>The main types of nanoparticles used in oncology, their physicochemical properties, and tumor delivery mechanisms were systematized. The principles of the EPR effect and strategies for improving targeted drug delivery were described. Modern approaches to nanoparticle modification for enhancing their therapeutic efficacy were analyzed.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion. </bold>Nanotechnology represents a promising direction in the development of anti-cancer drugs, enabling improved therapy efficacy and safety. The use of drug delivery nanosystems helps overcome biological barriers and enhance pharmacokinetic parameters of drugs.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель</bold> исследования. Анализ современных достижений в области применения нанотехнологий для создания таргетных препаратов в онкологии, включая механизмы их действия и перспективы клинического применения.</p> <p><bold>Материал и методы. </bold>Проведен комплексный анализ научной литературы по применению нанотехнологий в разработке противоопухолевых препаратов. Использованы базы данных PubMed, Scopus и Web of Science за период 2000–2024 гг.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Систематизированы основные типы наночастиц, применяемых в онкологии, их физико-химические свойства и механизмы доставки в опухолевую ткань. Описаны принципы EPR-эффекта и стратегии улучшения целевой доставки препаратов. Проанализированы современные подходы к модификации наночастиц для повышения их терапевтической эффективности.</p> <p><bold>Заключение. </bold>Нанотехнологии представляют собой перспективное направление в разработке противоопухолевых препаратов, позволяющее повысить эффективность и безопасность терапии.
