All patients received a-blockers. The findings of the study showed a substantial improvement in the quality of life of patients in the study group that received testosterone therapy, compared with the control group treated with only a-blockers.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены результаты сравнительного исследования эффективности и безопасности применения препаратов тестостерона у 44 пациентов с ДГПЖ и возрастным андрогенным дефицитом. Все обследованные получали симптоматическое лечение α-адреноблокаторами.
