Surgical treatment consisted of excising the skin of the scrotum and substitution dermatoplasty was performed. Fox - Fordyce disease was confirmed by histological examination of tissue removed: advanced cystic sebaceous gland duct with calcifications in its lumen was revealed. The were no relapses duringt follow-up of 15 months.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлено описание клинического наблюдения пациента 28 лет с множественными гранулематозными высыпаниями на коже мошонки, сопровождавшиеся зудом и болью при ходьбе. Проведено оперативное лечение, заключавшееся в иссечении кожи мошонки и заместительной дерматопластике. Болезнь Фокса-Фордайса подтверждена данными гистологического исследования удаленных тканей: выявлен кистозно расширенный проток сальной железы с формирующимся кальцификатом в его просвете.
