Melanoma is the most aggressive malignant skin neoplasm with a high potential for metastasis and molecular genetic diversity.

A clinical case of a 35-year-old patient who admitted to the clinic with a diagnosis of melanoma of the skin on the back of pT2aN2M1b, Clarke invasion stage 3, BRAF (+), metastases to the brain, spine (Th8), who had previously undergone to complete excision of melanoma in 2023, is presented in the article. During examination, bladder tumor was detected. Histological study confirmed the presence of metastatic melanoma of the bladder.

Metastatic bladder tumor in patients with melanoma is a rare entity. Surgical treatment can be carried out to improve dysuria and the oncological outcomes, including those patients with synchronous metastases.

Меланома – наиболее опасное злокачественное новообразование кожи с высоким потенциалом к метастазированию и молекулярно-генетическим разнообразием.

В статье представлено клиническое наблюдение пациентки 35 лет, которая обратилась в клинику с диагнозом: меланома кожи спины pT2aN2M1b, St. IB, клиническая группа 2, инвазия по Кларку 3 ст., BRAF (+), метастазы в головной мозг, позвоночник (Th8), состояние после иссечения меланомы R0 (2023 г.). При обследовании больной выявлено образование мочевого пузыря. При гистологическом исследовании подтверждено наличие метастатической меланомы мочевого пузыря.

Метастатическое поражение мочевого пузыря у пациентов с меланомой является редким клиническим наблюдением. Оперативное лечение может проводиться с целью купирования дизурии и улучшения прогноза течения онкологического процесса, в том числе у больных с синхронными метастазами.
