Возможности применения М-холиноблокаторов после оперативных вмешательств на предстательной железе

Аннотация

После операций на предстательной железе у части пациентов имеет место гиперактивная симптоматика (персистирующая или развивающаяся de novo). В статье обсуждаются возможности применения М-холиноблокаторов в послеоперационном периоде у таких больных и представлены результаты собственного исследования.
Проспективному анализу были подвергнуты 23 пациента (средний возраст 69,8 года) с клинически локализованной формой рака предстательной железы, перенесших радикальную позадилонную простатэктомию. Пациенты обследованы до лечения и через 3 мес после его начала. Всем больным назначали толтеродин (уротол) в дозе 2 мг 2 раза в сутки внутрь. Результаты проведенного исследования показали, что М-холиноблокатор толтеродин (уротол) демонстрирует клиническую эффективность и удовлетворительную переносимость у пациентов с гиперактивной симптоматикой после РПЭ.
