Аннотация

В обзоре литературы представлено современное видение отечественных и иностранных авторов о частоте встречаемости инфекционных осложнений после трансплантации почки, их этиологии, сроках возникновения, спектре бактериальных возбудителей. Приведены также данные о влиянии бактериальных осложнений на функцию почечного трансплантата и выживаемость реципиентов.
